The Great Abnerio & Friends Tour

As part of his solo exhibition The Adventures of The Great Abnerio at Rotterdam’s Showroom MAMA, Abner Preis continues touring the Netherlands from March 1-9 with The Great Abnerio & Friends Tour, and in W139 on March 2.
During the tour, literally to the far corners of the Netherlands, The Great Abnerio brings to life the adventures of this fictional character in different media.
Stories shall be told, video screened and popcorn cooked. The audience is actively involved in the stories and together with The Great Abnerio they make a sculpture in which everyone’s hope, love and precious memories come together. At each venue the sculpture shall be ceremonially buried to form a lasting memory of the event.
