Autumn break at W139

Workshops for children aged 7-12 years
In the autumn break you can do a Walk in - workshop at W139 on Wednesday and Sunday

Previous 1 /  Next

You can make buttons, creative copies and archaeological research of hidden paintings!

The walk-in workshops are on Wednesdays and Sundays between 14:00 and 17:00. Participation costs four euros.

To find out the secrets of W139’s history, there’s no need to sift through the paper archive. “Five hundred and ten shows, no revolution” gives you a chance to discover and re-experience the history of this place by exploring it yourself. Because art doesn’t happen on paper, it happens when you pick up a paintbrush and let your creativity flow! W139 invites you to drop in on Sunday afternoon, roll up your sleeves and bring the history of W139 to life in the now. There’ll be young artists here to help you dive into the archive – each week from a different vantage point. Starting on 15 September, there are workshops for kids between the ages of 7 and 12 every Sunday afternoon from 14.00 to 16.00. An individual workshop costs 7.50, but you can also buy a series of 5 workshops for just 30 euro.
Check out W139’s website for the full Sunday afternoon agenda. You can enrol in a workshop by emailing us at eigenwijs@w139.nl, or phoning us on 020-6229434.
See you at the W!
