Museum Night

For a brief moment the revolutionary ideas on art and living of Black Mountain College resonate in the spaces of W139. The work of more than 30 young conceptual artists meets in an experimental Wunderkammer and engages in a tactile dialogue creating a performative space. At 20.30 a roundtable discussion will take place between several artists participating in the exhibition, moderated by Jean Bernard Koeman and Tineke Reijnders. During the evening visitors will be invited to participate in related discussion topics in an informal way and can actively engage in a site-specific intervention by Rosa Sijben. The ‘Gillende Keukenprins’ brings cooking and music together in an exciting performance. Later in the evening DJ Sensuela - known from Red Light Radio - will put some old rock tunes on.
